Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited, headquartered at 156 Sona Tower, The Mall Road, Saddar, Rawalpindi, Pakistan, has applied to register the artistic work/logo “NEXGEN NUTRIENTS” with the Central Copyright Office, Government of Pakistan, Karachi, on July 27, 2026. This public notice is issued under the proviso to Section 39(2) of the Copyright Ordinance, 1962.

Any person or authority having a claim, right, lien or objection should submit an objection in writing within one month of publication of this notice to the Registrar, Intellectual Property Organization, Copyright Office, Government of Pakistan, Plot CD-3, 3rd Floor, IP-House, Behind KDA, Civic Center, Block-14, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
