The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dera Ghazi Khan invites sealed tenders for the sale of approximately 197,400 kg of waste paper, including used examination answer books and newspapers.

Tenders must reach the Secretary's office by 10:30 AM on 23 November 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes.
Participating dealers must be registered for income tax and sales tax and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Earnest money must accompany the bid as a call deposit in favour of the Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dera Ghazi Khan.
