Municipal Committee Kot Addu invites bids through a public auction for the lease of the canteen at the General Bus Stand. The auction will be held on 2 January 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Municipal Committee hall.
The lease period is two years, with provision for a one-year extension. The starting monthly rent is Rs. 30,000. Participants must present their identity card and deposit Rs. 10,000 as security to take part in the bidding.
The successful bidder must comply with the Municipal Committee's lease conditions. Approval of the auction remains subject to the competent authority. Further auction terms and conditions can be obtained from the Municipal Committee office during office hours.
