COMSATS Islamabad Notice to Resume Duty for Dr. Nadeem Javaid

COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Islamabad Campus, directs Dr. Nadeem Javaid, Tenured Professor in the Department of Computer Science, to resume duty within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice and submit a written explanation for his absence.

The notice cites unauthorized absence beginning on 10 August 2026, an earlier email dated 21 August 2026, and a notice to resume duty issued through Letter No. CUI-HR (ISB)PF-1982/2011/2268 dated 13 October 2026.

Failure to comply may result in an ex-parte decision under Clause 15 of the CUI Employees Efficiency & Discipline Rules, 2006, and a major penalty, including removal or dismissal from service. Contact: 051-9022000.
