Khyber Medical College Peshawar Jobs for HR Manager and Support Staff

Khyber Medical College, Medical Teaching Institution (MTI), Peshawar, invites applications for the following positions through the Office of the Dean. All positions carry a three-year contract, extendable on the basis of performance.

Applications must include a complete resume/CV, CNIC, attested educational documents, experience certificates, professional certifications or diplomas, and other relevant documents. Applicants must read and acknowledge the terms and conditions before applying.

A complete job application, the original fee deposit slip, educational documents and experience documents, where applicable, must also reach the Department of HR & Establishment, Khyber Medical College, Peshawar, through registered courier service only. Clearly write the position name on the corner of the envelope. If the closing date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.

Deposit the processing fee in favour of Principal KMC Peshawar at NBP, University Campus Branch, Peshawar, using IBAN PK81NBPA038003048663220. The fee may also be deposited over the counter at the same branch into Account No. NIDA-10-4. Candidates applying for more than one position must apply separately and pay a separate processing fee for each position.

Application and eligibility conditions: Late applications or documents will be rejected. Documents cannot be accepted, changed or replaced after submission with the application. Incomplete applications will be rejected. Candidates must submit a valid equivalency certificate from HEC Pakistan, PMDC or another relevant regulatory body, where applicable, to establish academic eligibility. Degrees in progress and copies of academic certificates will not be considered. Experience marks will be awarded only against valid documentary evidence of the claimed relevant experience, and only relevant post-qualification experience will count.

Only candidates shortlisted under the prescribed criteria will be called for an interview or test. Original documents must be produced at the interview. No TA/DA is allowed for the test or interview.

Employment conditions: Services of selected candidates will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institution Reform Act, 2015, as amended from time to time, and its regulations. Government, semi-government, autonomous and semi-autonomous employees must apply through the proper channel. Civil servants must submit a No Objection Certificate from their parent department with the application.

Selected civil or government servants and employees of other organizations must resign from their existing civil, government, semi-government, autonomous or semi-autonomous service, or other employment. No lien or lien share of any kind will be accepted.

Recruitment will be strictly on merit. Attempts to influence the recruitment process will make a candidate liable to disqualification. A candidate may also be disqualified or excluded for a court conviction, dismissal, termination or removal from service; furnishing false or forged information or documents; suppressing information that may affect eligibility; attempting to influence selection in favour of or against another candidate; or misbehaving during the test or interview.

The competent authority of MTI KMC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel recruitment without assigning a reason. A recommendation does not confer a right to appointment; appointment requires approval from the competent authority. Appointees will receive the salary package approved for initial appointment, without seniority of any kind. Selected clinical faculty members must undertake mandatory IBPs under the MTI Act, 2015, as amended from time to time.
