Dow University of Health Sciences invites applications for its five-year Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D), Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree programs for the 2026–27 session.

Program	Institute and Program Details
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D)	Offered at Dow College of Pharmacy in morning and evening shifts. The program provides education in pharmaceutical and medical sciences, complemented by hands-on clinical training in hospital settings. Students develop knowledge and practical skills for hospital and community pharmacy, the pharmaceutical industry, research and academia. Highly qualified faculty and modern laboratory facilities support preparation for the evolving demands of the healthcare sector.
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)	Offered at Dow Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. The program combines academic learning with hands-on clinical training, preparing physical therapy professionals to assess and manage movement disorders, injuries and rehabilitation needs through evidence-based practice. Career pathways include hospitals, rehabilitation centers, private clinics, sports facilities, research and academia.
Doctor of Optometry (OD)	Offered at the Department of Optometry and Visual Sciences, Dow Institute of Medical Technology. The program provides education in vision sciences and primary eye care, combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on clinical training. Students learn to conduct eye examinations, assess visual disorders and provide quality eye care. Graduates can pursue careers in clinical practice, hospitals, eye care clinics, research and academia.

Eligibility: Applicants for all three programs must have passed HSSC Pre-Medical or an equivalent examination, such as A-Level or 12th grade, duly certified by IBCC, with a minimum of 60% marks. Candidates must possess a Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) and domicile of Sindh Province. Pharm-D applicants must also obtain a minimum of 25% passing marks in the entry test.

Candidates may apply for multiple programs. A separate processing fee of Rs. 3,000, which is non-refundable and non-adjustable, must be paid online for each applicable program.
