E-Auction Notice: One-Year Municipal Revenue Leases by Tehsil Municipal Administration

The Tehsil Municipal Administration is inviting online E-Auction (E-Baldia/E-Auction) for leasing its listed municipal revenue sources for one year from 27-07-2026 to 30-06-2027. Interested bidders registered with KPRA and holding valid registration in the relevant class with the Local Council (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Peshawar) and having no outstanding dues may participate through the portal www.camis.lgkp.gov.pk. Online bidding opens on 2026-07-27 at 09:00 and closes on 2026-07-29 at 16:00. Earnest money amounts for listed lots are shown (examples in notice: Rs. 239,300; Rs. 68,700; Rs. 72,100; Rs. 362,500) and full lot details are available on the website.

The successful bidder must deposit 5% security and the specified advance amount within 48 hours after auction closure (deadline for deposits falling within office hours on 2026-07-31 as stated) and submit original call deposit plus certified copies of registration and CNIC to the office. If no bids are received on the scheduled dates, a repeat online auction is provisionally arranged for 2026-08-03 to 2026-08-05.
