The WAPDA Hospital Complex, Lahore invites prequalification (PQ) applications from local chemists/pharmacies to establish a Closed Framework Agreement (Bid #02/2026) for on-demand daily supply of medicines and disposables to entitled patients on green slips. Manual bid submission is required from chemists/pharmacies holding a valid drug sale license registered with FBR and possessing active NTN and STN; prequalification is open to local applicants within the vicinity of WAPDA Hospital Lahore.
