Upper Pinyari Division Hyderabad Jobs 2026 – 17 BPS-01 to BPS-04 Vacancies

The Office of the Executive Engineer, Upper Pinyari Division, Hyderabad, invites applications from candidates domiciled in Tando Muhammad Khan district for 17 non-technical vacancies in BPS-01 to BPS-04.

Application procedure: Submit a handwritten application on the prescribed form, personally, to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Upper Pinyari Division, Hyderabad. Attach attested copies of your CNIC, domicile, PRC, educational certificates, and other relevant documents or experience certificates. Applications must reach the office by 25 November 2026.

The application form requires the position applied for, applicant’s CNIC number, applicant’s name, father’s or husband’s name, date of birth, educational qualifications, experience, district of domicile, complete postal address, mobile/contact number, signature, and date. Affix two recent passport-size photographs.

Quotas and age relaxation: Government of Sindh policy provides a 5% minority quota and a 15% women’s quota. The reserved quota for persons with disabilities in Tando Muhammad Khan district has already been allocated. General relaxation of five years in the upper age limit applies under Government of Sindh Notification No. SOVI(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part File), dated 16 October 2024.

Government employees must apply through the proper channel. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Appointments will become permanent upon completion of the probationary period under the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1973. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased, and applicants will have no right to object to such changes.
