Public Health Engineering Tando Muhammad Khan Jobs 2026 for BS-01 Staff

The Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division (O&M), Tando Muhammad Khan, invites applications for initial recruitment against non-technical posts in the Office of the Executive Engineer, Tando Muhammad Khan Drainage Division. Candidates must hold domicile of District Tando Muhammad Khan.

Total vacancies: 3. The recruitment announcement covers non-technical posts from BS-01 to BS-04 and follows Government of Sindh decisions dated 3 December 2025 and the Provincial Cabinet meeting held on 1 December 2025, Agenda Item No. 25(a).

Application procedure: Submit the prescribed application form with two passport-size photographs and attested copies of CNIC, domicile, PRC, and educational and experience certificates, where required. Applications must reach the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Tando Muhammad Khan, by courier or in person.

Submission deadline: 9 November 2026.

The application form requires the post applied for, applicant's CNIC number, applicant's name, father or husband's name, date of birth, educational qualification, experience, district of domicile, postal address, cell or contact number, and dated signature. A recent passport-size photograph must be affixed to the form.

Quotas: Reservations are 15% for women, 5% for minorities, and 5% for persons with disabilities, subject to applicable rules and government policy. The rural and urban quotas are 60% and 40%, respectively.

Government employees must apply through the proper channel. General relaxation of five years in the upper age limit is allowed under the applicable government policy and Notification No. SO-II(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (part file), dated 16 October 2024.

Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The vacancies are purely temporary and will become permanent after completion of the probation period under the Sindh Service (Appointment, Promotion & Transfers) Rules, 1973. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased, and applicants will have no right to challenge such changes.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. No travel or daily allowance will be admissible. Recruitment will be conducted strictly on merit and transparency.
