Mas aud-Ul-Haq, Excise & Taxation Officer, Confiscation Authority, Peshawar, has issued a public proclamation concerning five vehicles seized by the department’s mobile squad under Rule 3 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Road Checking, Seizure & Disposal of Motor Vehicle) Rules, 2015.

The proclamation is issued under Rule 9(1) of the same rules for the purpose of confiscation. Any person having a claim, title or right in respect of these vehicles must submit their claim to the office of the Confiscation Authority, Peshawar, within 14 days from the date of publication of the proclamation.
If no claim or objection is received within this period, the five vehicles will be confiscated in favour of the State/Government.
