| Qualification | Master’s, M.Phil, M.Ed or B.Ed from a reputed university. Cambridge-certified candidates will be preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience as a Principal in renowned institutions such as The City School, Beaconhouse or Garrison Academy. A valid experience certificate is mandatory. |
| Age | 40–50 years, with relaxation permitted. |
| Salary | An attractive salary will be offered. |
Mandatory board expertise: Candidates must have strong command and working experience of the Cambridge O & A Levels system, Federal Board (FBISE Islamabad) and Balochistan Board (BBISE Quetta), including affiliations, registrations, paperwork and examination systems.
Additional skills: Fluency in English and Urdu with strong communication and presentation skills; computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office and school management software; expertise in academic planning, staff training and evaluation, admissions, marketing, discipline and parent counseling; and the ability to organize co-curricular activities, functions and teacher-training workshops.
