Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation Khairpur Agricultural Land and Orchard Lease Auction 2026

Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC), High Power Transmitter (HPT), Altaf Saleem Abad, Khairpur, invites bids through e-PADS for the lease of agricultural land and orchards within its premises. The contract period runs from 20 November 2026 to 30 September 2028.

The auction covers the land and trees within the relevant HPT boundaries. The 19-acre orchard component is for fruit use. Commercial construction and the installation of stalls are prohibited.

Auction documents are available from the office of the Deputy Controller, Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation, High Power Transmitter, Khairpur, during office hours on working days against a non-refundable payment of Rs. 3,000.

Bidders must inspect the site and satisfy themselves regarding the land and the actual number of trees before submitting their bids. Objections concerning these matters will not be accepted afterward. Each bidder must present an original national identity card and an attested copy. A company representative must present an original identity card, a copy of the owner's identity card and an authorization letter.

Bids must be submitted through e-PADS by 11:00 a.m. on 18 November 2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. the same day at the office of the Deputy Controller, PBC High Power Transmitter, Khairpur, in the presence of the relevant committee and participating bidders or their authorized representatives.

The e-PADS procedure is governed by PPRA Rules 2024. Bid-opening and acceptance procedures are subject to the applicable PPRA Rules 2004. The Director General, Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation, reserves the right to accept or reject bids under the applicable rules. PBC headquarters' auction committee will supervise the auction process. The highest bid received through PPRA e-PADS will be examined, and the local and headquarters auction committees may reopen bidding after consultation if required.
