TMA Khar Bajaur E-Auction of Transport Stands, Markets and Parking Contracts 2026–27

The Tehsil Municipal Administration, Khar, District Bajaur, invites registered contractors to participate in an electronic auction for municipal revenue contracts for the financial year 2026–27. The contract period runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Participation will take place through the E-Baldia/E-Auction System under Local Council Board Peshawar notification No. AOII/LCB/6-11/2026.

Auction proceedings are scheduled for 23, 24 and 25 June 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Registered contractors must deposit the prescribed security in the name of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Khar, and fulfil the registration and participation requirements of the Local Council Board and the electronic auction system. The successful bidder must deposit 15% of the bid amount as an advance on the day of the auction. Failure to make the required payment may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and further action under the applicable rules.

Participation is subject to verification and approval by the Local Council Board/TMA. Applicable professional tax, income tax and other government taxes are payable by the successful bidder. Any tax imposed by the federal or provincial government during the contract period will also be the contractor's responsibility.

The successful contractor must comply with local government rules, issue receipts or tickets for collections and charge only the approved rates. Unauthorized or excessive collection may lead to cancellation of the contract, forfeiture of security and legal action.

Contractors are responsible for operating their respective facilities and meeting associated expenses. Staff wages, electricity charges, cleanliness and other operating responsibilities rest with the successful bidder. Municipal facilities must be used only for their authorized purpose.

The successful bidder must execute the agreement within 10 days and take charge of the contract within 15 days. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and cancellation of the contract. TMA Khar reserves the right to reject one or all bids with recorded reasons.
