Frontier Corps KP South Tender for Supply of 50 Horses and 50 Mules

Headquarters Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (South), JSC Camp Mana, invites tenders for the supply of horses and mules for financial year 2026–27. Only contractors approved by Frontier Corps KP (South) may participate.

Tenders must reach JSC Camp Mana, Headquarters Frontier Corps KP (South), in sealed envelopes. They will be opened in the presence of attending contractors. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA rules.

Tender forms may be obtained up to seven days before the tender-opening date upon submission of the security call deposit. Supply may be required through 30 June 2027, and the successful bidder may be required to supply additional animals at the accepted tender rates during financial year 2026–27. A mandatory 21-day waiting period applies after receipt of the horses and mules.

Applicable income tax and general sales tax will be deducted under the relevant rules. Quoted rates must include all taxes; a subsequent government tax increase will not entitle the contractor to an increase in the accepted rates.

The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject tenders. Firms involved in cases concerning a federal or provincial government department, NAB, a court or contracted stores, and blacklisted firms, are ineligible.
