Lahore Development Authority Notice: Duplicate-File Requests and Unverified Plot Payments — Objections Within 7 Days

Lahore Development Authority (Deputy Director Examination – Housing) notifies the public that duplicate-file applications have been received for certain plots whose original records are not available. Specifically, duplicate-file requests concern Plot No. 423 (applicant Hassan Zahid) and Plot No. 1184, New Garden Town (applicant Tahir). Anyone having an objection to preparation of a duplicate file must submit it in writing within 7 days; no objections or excuses will be accepted after the expiry of this period.

The Accounts branch of LDA reports it cannot verify payments submitted before 30 June 1989 for a list of plots. Under the SOP dated 30 October 2015, these cases will be processed in the relevant directorate. Stakeholders with objections should deliver written notice to the Deputy Director Examination – Housing within seven days.
