NHF Housing Private Limited (a project of National Highway Foundation) calls its fourth Annual General Meeting of shareholders/stakeholders to be held on 4 August 2026 at the NHF Housing Scheme, Zone-7, Islamabad. The meeting will take place at the company office, Room No. 107, NC Building, 26 Mauve Area, 9/1-G, Islamabad.

Agenda highlights include confirmation of previous minutes; approval of audited accounts for years ending 30 June 2023, 30 June 2024 and 30 June 2025; appointment of auditors for 2025–26 and 2026–27; and special matters such as costs related to transfer of swapped land in Block D, revised layout plans and NOC/works with CDA for Blocks B, A and C.
