NHF Housing Pvt Ltd — Notice of 4th Annual General Meeting on 4 August 2026

NHF Housing Private Limited (a project of National Highway Foundation) notifies shareholders and stakeholders that its 4th Annual General Meeting will be held on 4 August 2026 (Tuesday) at NHF Housing Scheme, Zone-7, Islamabad. Ordinary business includes confirmation of the previous AGM minutes; approval of audited accounts for years ending 30 June 2023, 30 June 2024 and 30 June 2025; and appointment of auditors for the two years 2025–26 and 2026–27.

Special business covers approval of expenses for transfer of swapped land in Block D and review/approval of layout plans for Blocks B, A and C, including obtaining CDA NOC and related development costs. Members entitled to attend are those on the company’s register at the record time.
