NHF Housing Private Limited hereby notifies shareholders and stakeholders that its fourth Annual General Meeting will be held on 4 August 2026 at the registered office in Islamabad. All members recorded in the company register at the meeting time and place are entitled to attend.

The agenda includes confirmation of the previous AGM minutes; approval of audited accounts for the financial years ended 30 June 2023, 30 June 2024 and 30 June 2025; appointment of auditors for 2025–26 and 2026–27; discussion and approval of costs related to transfer of swapped land; and approval of layout plans and obtaining NOC from the Capital Development Authority for Blocks A, B and C.
