Agenda includes confirmation of the previous AGM minutes; approval of audited accounts for years ended 30 June 2023, 30 June 2024 and 30 June 2025; appointment of auditors for the two ensuing years (2025–26 and 2026–27); transfer and related costs for swapped land in Block D; review of layout plans for Blocks A, B and C and obtaining CDA NOC and approval of related development expenses.
