The Registrar of the Banking Court, Federal Judicial Complex, Phase-7, Hayatabad, Peshawar, notifies Liaqat Ali that Habib Bank Limited (HBL) has instituted recovery proceedings claiming Rs. 77,638,250 (plus markup) in Case No. 46/01/2020.

You are directed to appear before the Banking Court at the Federal Judicial Complex, Hayatabad, Peshawar and, within 30 days of this advertisement, file an application for leave to defend under Section 10(2) of the Recovery of Banks and Financial Institutions Ordinance, 2001, supported by sworn statements and documents showing a reasonable cause; otherwise proceedings may be taken against you ex parte.
