Banking Court III Karachi Auction Notice for Property in North Nazimabad

Banking Court–III, Karachi, under presiding judge Ms. Noshaba Qazi, has ordered public sale of a mortgaged immovable property in execution of Case No. 287/2010 (Execution No. 125/2017). The property in the schedule is described as Plot No. 15-B (Plot No. 5-SD, Block M), North Nazimabad, Karachi (area: 115 sq. yards). The market value is stated as PKR 6,000,000 and the sale/reserve value as PKR 4,800,000.

Bidders must deposit 25% of their bid immediately and submit a copy of their CNIC to the court officer; cheques for the 25% deposit will not be accepted. The successful bidder must pay the remaining amount within 15 days of the auction or forfeit the 25% deposit. All government taxes and dues are payable by the purchaser. The sale is subject to court confirmation and the court reserves the right to cancel or reject any bid.
