A public-sector state-owned entity invites electronic open auction (E-Auction) bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (PADS) for the disposal of used official vehicles.
Participants must deposit a refundable earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price via Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of the company before the auction.
