Applicants must hold a PhD/MBA/MS/MSc (any discipline) from an HEC-recognized university; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage. A minimum of 15 years' working experience in universities/educational institutions or reputable national/international organizations and thorough knowledge of academic processes and HEC policies are required.
