Proclamation Requiring Appearance of Nasim-ul-Haq Malik Before Special Judge Anti-Corruption Court, Karachi

The Special Judge Anti-Corruption (Provincial), Karachi has issued a proclamation requiring accused Nasim-ul-Haq Malik, formerly Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies Department, Government of Sindh, to appear in Special Case No. 190025 (The State v. Asif Ali Vayani & Others), FIR No. 03/2025 of ACE East Karachi. The accused is alleged to have committed offences under U/s 405/406/420/467/34 PPC and section 5(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act II of 1947.

The accused is required to appear before the Court on 2026-07-15 at 08:30 AM. The proclamation was issued after attempts to serve the warrant failed and the accused was found to be untraceable. Issued under the hand and seal of the Special Judge on 3 July 2026.
