Office of the Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Shujaabad — Publication of Khata Holders and Special Scrutiny of Land Records (Khata No. 382, Mirpurkhas)

Office of the Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Shujaabad hereby announces, under the authority of the Board of Revenue, Sindh notification No. 1011036.MISR.W/BOR/2024/REV dated 22-02-2026 and section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967, a special scrutiny and verification of the Record of Rights (land ownership records) for Khata/Account No. 382 in Taluka Shujaabad, District Mirpurkhas. The advertisement publishes the names of khata-holders, their survey numbers and the area of lands recorded against this khata as part of a provincial pilot project to update and digitise land records.

Any person who has an objection to the recorded name, survey number or area must file a written objection with supporting documents within fifteen (15) days at the office of the Assistant Collector/Circle Officer (First Grade) at the Office of the Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Shujaabad, Mirpurkhas. If no objection is received within the specified period, the entries will be re-entered/confirmed in favour of the persons listed.
