Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a State-Owned Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed Technical and Financial proposals from experienced and capable Consultancy Firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities for consultancy services under the Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Scope of Consultancy (three parts):

Key instructions and submission details:
- RFP (Technical & Financial) documents will be available immediately on e-PAIDs, PPRA website and REDAMCO website (www.redamco.com) after publication.
- Proposals (Technical & Financial) must be delivered to the addressee below and uploaded on e-PAIDs (mandatory requirement).
- Deadline for submission: 2026-07-16 at 14:00 (proposals to be uploaded/delivered on or before this time).
- Opening of proposals: 2026-07-16 at 14:30 in the presence of interested representatives of consultancy firms.
- Late or non-conforming submissions will be rejected. REDAMCO will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by firms in connection with preparation or delivery of RFP.
- REDAMCO reserves the right to accept/reject RFPs as per applicable Public Procurement Rules.
