WASA Multan Tender: Supply of Medicines & Vaccines for Employees (In-Service & Retired)

Issuer: Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Multan. Procurement method: Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure. Electronic submission required via E-PADS (eproc.punjab.gov.pk / www.epads.punjab.gov.pk).

Key eligibility and document requirements:

- Registered with Income Tax and active on all taxpayers lists.

- Valid Drug Sale License (Form 9 — Pharmacy) as per Punjab Govt./Health Department regulations.

- Experience of supplying medicines to government hospitals/institutions; award letters/purchase orders must be attached.

- Medicines to be supplied on discounted rates monthly. The supplier is responsible for arranging alternate stock in case of non-availability.

- Attested affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper (minimum Rs. 300) confirming authenticity of submitted documents. Any forged/fake documents will lead to blacklisting; originals should be submitted before tender opening if required.

- Payments will be made monthly. Contract period: one year (01) with possible extension.

Bid submission and security instructions:

- Electronic submission only via E-PADS; manual submissions not allowed.

- Bid security of 5% must be submitted in the form of CDR in favor of Director Finance, WASA Multan. The CDR and an undertaking must be placed in a sealed envelope (marked with Tender No. & Title) and submitted before the e-bid submission deadline. A copy of the bid security and undertaking must also be uploaded with the e-bid on E-PADS.

- Bidders must not be blacklisted by PPRA or the procuring agency; an undertaking to this effect is required.

Availability of documents: Bidding documents, evaluation criteria and draft contract are available to registered bidders on E-PADS.
