Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad — Invitation for Bids for Refurbishment Works (2026-27)

Issuer: Directorate of Works, Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Sector H-8, Islamabad. AIOU has allocated funds for procurement of refurbishment services during the financial year 2026/27 and invites electronic bids from eligible contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and active on the Federal Board of Revenue & Sales Tax for the year 2026-27.

Key eligibility and submission requirements: bidders must be PEC-registered in the relevant code(s) and have sufficient experience executing “turnkey” refurbishment/interior works. Bidding is through e-procurement (e-PADS) at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Scanned bid security must be uploaded via e-PADS and the original hardcopy submitted physically as instructed in the bidding document. Bids must follow Public Procurement Rules and the respective bidding documents. For e-PADS technical difficulties contact PPRA. Pre-bid meeting will be held virtually and can be attended via the provided Google Meet link.

Submission instructions: Bids must be prepared per the bidding documents and submitted via e-PADS by or before 10:30 AM PST on the closing date. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM PST on the closing date through e-PADS in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
