Issuer: State Bank of Pakistan. This public notice concerns unclaimed / dormant bank deposits kept under Section 31 of the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962 and informs the public, depositors and legal heirs about lists of unclaimed deposits and the procedure to identify and claim such balances.
The Bank advises depositors and their legal representatives to consult the published lists and contact the relevant commercial banks/DFIs or the State Bank of Pakistan to claim balances that have been classified as unclaimed/dormant.
