| Key Responsibilities | Develop and implement MEPCO supply chain strategy; manage procurement and supply chain functions in line with PPRA rules and MEPCO procurement practices; plan and supervise procurement tasks and vendor management; ensure effective supply chain execution, inventory control and logistics; coordinate with departments to optimize supply chain and procurement functions. |
| Qualifications & Experience | 16-year degree (Master's preferred) in Supply Chain or related field from an HEC-recognized university. Relevant certifications/courses in supply chain management from reputed institutions will be a strong plus. Minimum ~10 years of relevant professional experience with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Department or equivalent). Experience in large-scale public sector, national, multinational or corporate organizations; sector experience and leadership in strategic supply chain roles preferred. |
| Age Limit | Upper age limit: 62 years at the time of closing of the advertisement. No further relaxation will be granted under any circumstances. |
| Remuneration | Market-based competitive salary package; terms negotiable and commensurate with experience and qualifications. (Senior executive benefits and allowances as per company policy.) |
