The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) invites stakeholders and affected persons to submit comments on the application submitted by Elite Estates (Private) Limited for grant of an Electric Power Supply Licence to supply electricity to residents of its housing scheme named "Eighteen Rawalpindi".
