Tender Notice FY 2026-27 — Supplies & Services for Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology and NSCC Samli Murree

Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (Rawal Road, Rawalpindi) invites sealed bids under PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) for supply and services for RIC Rawalpindi and NSCC Samli Murree. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax departments of the Government of Pakistan. Tender documents, terms, conditions and quantities are available free of cost from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and RIC websites:

A Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via the ePADS/e-procurement portal. Bid security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated price (refundable) must be submitted in the name of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi. The original bid security must reach the Medical Superintendent before the closing time and date. RIC Rawalpindi will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders for bid preparation, delivery, or electronic submission. If the opening date is a public/non-working holiday, the next official working day will be the submission/opening date and time.
