Punjab Highways Department Tender for Road Repair in Faisalabad

Tenders are invited from Engineering Firms/Contractors for three road restoration and repair schemes in Faisalabad via the PPRA E-Tendering System.

Eligibility

Intending Contractors/Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes for the financial year 2025-26 and registered on the Punjab PPRA website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk).

How to Apply

Bids must be submitted online via the PPRA website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). A Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost (DNIT Amount) in the form of a CDR in favour of the Executive Engineer Highways Division Faisalabad must be submitted. The original CDR must be furnished half an hour before the opening of the bids. Bids will be opened at the O/o Commissioner, Faisalabad Division, Faisalabad.

Notes

The lowest evaluated bidder shall submit a Performance Security/Guarantee @10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal under Clause-35 of PPRA Rule (Rejection of Bids).
