Tender Notice FY 2026-27 — Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (Supply & Services)

Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Rawal Road Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for multiple supply/service packages for FY 2026-27. Bidding documents (terms, conditions and quantities) are available free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement Regulatory Authority and institute websites. Single-stage, two-envelope procedures will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically on the ePAD/eProcurement portals. Original bid security (2% of estimated cost) in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee (refundable) must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology before the tender closing time.

How to obtain documents & submit:

- Download bidding documents and submit electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement portals: https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the Punjab procurement portal links. The institute website and PPRA Punjab website provide links to e-tendering portals.

- Bid security: 2% of estimated price as CDR/Bank Guarantee in favor of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (refundable). The original must reach the Medical Superintendent before closing time.

- The Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi is the issuing authority. The institute will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders. If the tender opening day is a public holiday, the next official working day will be considered the date of submission/opening.
