Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites sealed single-stage, one-envelope bids for leasing constructed shops at Kharkhano Market, Hayatabad, Peshawar on a One-Time Premium (non-refundable) and Advance Annual Rent basis for a lease period of 21 years. Annual escalation: 8% compound in annual rent.

How to apply / bid documents: Bid documents and Terms & Conditions for each shop can be obtained during working hours from REDAMCO Corporate Office, Islamabad or DS Office Peshawar Cantt. Document fee: PKR 1,000 per shop (payable as CDR/PO in favor of REDAMCO). Each bid must include a separate bid security (CDR/PO) for the relevant shop in favor of REDAMCO & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd and the shop number must be mentioned on the top left corner of the envelope. The bid shall be offered as Premium (non-refundable) as per bid documents.
Other conditions: Bids received without the required bid security or after the deadline will not be entertained. The successful bidder must deposit 10% of the offered lease premium for each shop within 15 working days of issuance of the acceptance letter; failure will lead to forfeiture. REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids or annul the bidding process without assigning any reason.
