Auction: Lease Rights for Cold Storage Facility at Islamabad International Airport (Plot E-102) - 30 July 2026

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids through an open auction for lease rights to establish and operate a cold storage facility at Islamabad International Airport (Plot No: E-102).

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

- Each auction participant must submit two (02) copies of their CNIC and a non-refundable participation fee of PKR 10,000 along with the earnest money in the form of a Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority.

- Documents and payments must be brought to the auction venue before the start of proceedings on 30 July 2026 at 11:00 AM.

- Only registered and licensed companies with relevant approvals for cold storage or temperature-controlled warehousing operations are eligible to participate. Proof of approvals must be submitted to the Auction Committee prior to commencement.

- The facility shall be company-owned and operated by the successful bidder at its own cost and responsibility. The site will be leased on an "as is where it is" basis. Defaulters and blacklisted companies are not eligible.

- The highest bid will be placed before the PAA Executive Committee for approval. If rejected, leasehold rights may be re-auctioned within 30 days or as decided by PAA. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded within 15 days of confirmation of the bid.
