Bank of Punjab - Head Commercial Banking Division (Consumer Banking) – Lahore

Bank of Punjab (BOP) invites applications for the position of Head Commercial Banking Division (Consumer Banking Group). The role is based in Lahore and seeks an experienced leader to develop and execute consumer banking business plans, grow funded and non-funded portfolios, structure proposals, negotiate terms, maintain credit discipline, ensure regulatory compliance and develop staff.

Key responsibilities include developing the consumer banking business plan aligned to bank objectives; implementing strategies to grow funded and non-funded business; identifying opportunities and structuring proposals; establishing and strengthening customer relationships; ensuring financial and non-financial targets; maintaining credit discipline in line with bank policies; monitoring SBP/regulatory compliance; and staff development.
