The Bank of Punjab: Tender for Renovation Contractors for Four BOP Branches (Single-Stage Two-Envelope)

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab. The Bank invites technical and financial bids under the Single-Stage Two-Envelope Bidding Process from well-reputed organizations/companies for renovation works at the following BOP branches.

Key details:

• Bid documents are immediately available free of cost on the E-Pads portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk/) and the PPRA website after this publication.
• Submission deadline: Bids must be uploaded/submitted on the E-Pads portal by 2026-06-23 at 11:00 AM.
• Technical bids will be opened the same day, 2026-06-23 at 11:30 AM, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
• Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date/time to be announced subsequently.
• Bids shall be uploaded/submitted through the E-Pads portal only.
• Bid security: Minimum 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted to Head CPD before submission time in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/UC in favor of The Bank of Punjab. A copy of the CDR/UC must be uploaded on E-Pads as part of the technical bid.
• Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
• Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.
• This tender notice is posted on PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), BOP (www.bop.com.pk) and the E-Pads portal.
