Public Auction / Tender — Annual Lease of District Council Sargodha Properties for 2026–27

Issuer: Chief Officer, District Council Sargodha.

Purpose: Public auction/tender for annual lease (income collection) of multiple municipal shops/plots/properties for the financial year 2026–27 (01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027). A total of 19 lots/properties are offered as per the published schedule.

Key conditions:

• Sealed bids/tenders must be submitted to the Office of the Chief Officer, District Council Sargodha by the closing date (see below).
• All bidders must submit 10% security (earnest money) of the offered amount as specified in the tender schedule for each lot.
• Bidders must hold a valid tax registration (NTN/Valid Tax Number) where applicable; relevant documentary proof required with the bid.
