Eligibility & requirements: Nomination forms must be filed as per Cooperative Societies Rules (Rule 57(j)). Candidates must produce CNIC and complete the prescribed application form (Schedule No. 4) when obtaining the nomination form. The list of members may be obtained from the office on payment of Rs.500 per list (available 04:00 PM–07:00 PM from the undersigned on specified dates). Only members/voters presenting National Identity Card or society card will be allowed entry; no proxy voting. Incomplete nomination forms or forms without official seal will be rejected. Qualifying shares requirement: Rs.500/- (as per notice).
