Issuer: Independent System & Market Operator (ISMO) of Pakistan (Guarantee) Limited. ISMO is seeking experienced professionals on a contract basis for two senior positions to support governance, regulatory compliance, internal audit and financial controls.

Position	Key Responsibilities	Eligibility & Experience	How to Apply
Company Secretary	Ensure compliance with Companies Act 2017, SECP regulations and corporate laws. Act as Secretary to Board and its Committees, prepare agendas and minutes, maintain statutory records. Advise Board on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and legal matters; coordinate with regulators.	Member of a recognized body of professional accountants or a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries, or master’s degree in business/finance or law from HEC-recognized university. Minimum 20 years post-qualification relevant experience with at least 5 years in senior management/executive roles in corporate governance, regulatory compliance or corporate secretarial functions. Chief Internal Auditor	Evaluate accounting, financial, credit and operational activities as an independent appraisal function. Review adequacy of accounting, financial and operational controls; formulate internal audit programs and reports. Lead audit team, coordinate with Audit Committee and ensure follow-up on audit findings.	Member of a recognized professional accounting body (CA/CPA/ACMA/ACCA) or MBA (Finance) from an HEC-recognized university/institute. Minimum 20 years post-qualification relevant experience including at least 5 years in senior managerial or executive-level internal audit, risk management or related roles; experience in public/private sector projects preferred.
