Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites online bids through E-PADS (version 2.0) for disposal of used vehicles. Open public auction will be held on 22-06-2026 (Monday) at 09:00 AM on a where-is basis.
Inspection: Vehicles can be inspected at Regional Store GEPCO at 132 KV Grid Station, Shaheen Abad, Gujranwala during working hours. For inspection queries call: 055-9200539.
How to bid / submit earnest money: Bidders must participate through GEPCO E-Procurement (E-PADS). Earnest money must be deposited in the shape of Bank Guarantee / Pay Order in the name of Manager (CA) GEPCO, Gujranwala and the original instrument must be submitted to the office of Deputy Manager (Transport), GEPCO Headquarters, Gujranwala during office hours before 22-06-2026 (Monday) 09:00 AM.
Payment & other conditions: Remaining amount, duties and Government taxes must be paid within 21 working days from the date of issuance of Letter of Acceptance after approval of the competent authority. In case of failure, the earnest money will be forfeited and first installment (if any) will be considered cancelled. GEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids.
