Public Notice: Re-verification and Correction of Record of Rights — Taluka Sanghar (Deh Poopi, Tapo Loharo)

Under the powers conferred by Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967 and pursuant to the Board of Revenue, Sindh (Full Board directions and order Rev-Misc/BR/BOR-1/2026/361 dated 2026-02-12), a re-checking, verification and correction process of Record of Rights (Khata records) has been initiated for earlier entries (1985-86) using modern computer technology. The process includes rewriting and correction of land records for public convenience.

Purpose: To allow affected khatedars (landholders) to review draft entries and lodge objections or supply identity documentation so that accurate khata entries may be recorded.

Who should respond: Any khatedar or landowner listed in the affected records for Deh Poopi, Tapo Loharo, Taluka Sanghar, District Sanghar who has an objection regarding name, survey number, land ownership or any related entry; and khatedars whose CNIC (Identity Card) details are missing or incorrect in the current khata register.

Consequences: If no objection is lodged within the stipulated period, the record will be rewritten and maintained according to the corrected entries. Khatedars are advised to appear or submit required documents within the deadline to ensure accurate recordation.
