University of Sargodha Hiring Part-Time Trainers for E-Rozgaar Training Center (Lecture/Hour Basis)

Issuer: Dean, Faculty of Computing & IT, University of Sargodha. The University invites applications from Pakistani nationals for part-time Trainer positions on a per-lecture/hour basis for the E-Rozgaar Training Center. Minimum qualification is 16 years of education (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized institution. Maximum age: 45 years. Relevant professional freelancing or industry experience is required; teaching/training experience will be preferred. Shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

Key responsibilities include delivering scheduled classes, teaching freelancing and proposal writing skills, creating and teaching online freelancing profiles/portfolios, preparing quizzes/assignments, conducting awareness sessions, submitting batch reports and participating in outreach to generate applications. Key performance indicators include uploading students' profiles to freelancing portals, student earnings and retention, and submission of end-of-batch reports and profiles.
