REDAMCO invites sealed bids (single-stage, one-envelope) for leasing 48 constructed shops at Rail Market / Kharkhano Market, Hayatabad, Peshawar on a one-time non-refundable premium plus advance annual rent basis for an initial period of 21 years (extendable for another 21 years).

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-06-30 at 03:00 PM at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station.
- Bid opening: 2026-06-30 at 03:30 PM at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station (in presence of bidders or their representatives).

- Annual escalation: 8% compound in annual rent.
- Bid document fee: PKR 1,000 per shop (payable in CDR/Pay Order in favor of REDAMCO).
- Separate bid security (CDR/Pay Order) required for each shop in favor of REDAMCO and must be attached with the bid.
- Bids must clearly mention the shop number and are to be offered on premium (non-refundable).
- Successful bidder must deposit 100% of the offered base premium for the shop within fifteen (15) working days of issuance of the acceptance letter; failure to do so will result in cancellation and forfeiture of bid security.
- Bid documents & terms can be obtained during working hours from REDAMCO corporate office (Islamabad) or DS Office, Peshawar Cantt.
- REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process without assigning any reason.
