REDAMCO Invitation for Sealed Bids to Lease Constructed Shops at Karkhano Market, Peshawar

Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways.

Purpose: Invitation of sealed bids (single-stage, one-envelope) for leasing constructed shops at Karkhano Market near Hayatabad Railway/Peshawar Cantt on PPR land on a one-time non-refundable premium plus advance annual rent basis for a period of 21 years (extendable for another 21 years).

Bid submission: 2026-06-30 by 15:00 hrs at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station.
Bid opening: 2026-06-30 at 15:30 hrs at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station (in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives).

General conditions and requirements:

• Bid documents/terms & conditions can be obtained during working hours from REDAMCO corporate office in Islamabad or DS Office, Peshawar Cantt.
• Bid document fee: PKR 10,000 per shop (payable as CDR/PO in favor of REDAMCO).
• Separate bid security (CDR/PO) required for each shop as specified in the bid documents.
• Successful bidders must execute the lease agreement and deposit the one-time premium and required advance rent (including any specified security) within 15 working days of issuance of acceptance letter; failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the offer.
• Annual rent escalation: 8% compound escalation.
• REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or annul the bidding process without assigning any reason.
