Auction Notice — Minor Minerals Leases, District Karak

Issuer: District Auction Committee / Assistant Director (Tech), Minerals Development, Karak.

Purpose: Invitation to registered contractors of minor minerals to participate in public auction and grant of multiple minor-mineral leases (various blocks within District Karak) on an "as-is, where-is" basis under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minerals Development Act, 2017. Leases are offered for a period of one year.

Who may apply: Registered contractors of minor minerals (registered with the appropriate authority) are eligible to submit applications and participate in the auction.

How to apply / participate: Interested bidders must submit applications and required documents to the office of the Assistant Director (Tech), Minerals Development, Karak. Full lot schedule showing block locations, reserve prices, and bid-security requirements is available from the issuing office. Auctions and submission/opening of bids will be conducted at the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Karak (see issuing office for exact auction venue, date and time).

Financial requirements and terms: Each listed block has a specified reserve price and bid security amount (details in the published lot schedule). All auctions are subject to the terms and conditions and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minerals Development Act, 2017. Prospective bidders should obtain the complete terms, conditions and schedule from the Assistant Director (Tech), Minerals Development, Karak before submitting bids.
