An emerging public sector institution of higher education operating independently under a Trust invites applications for senior leadership and analyst positions. Appointments are merit-based and open to candidates from across Pakistan.

1	Executive Director (ED)	1	40	Master's degree or higher from a recognized and reputable university; professional distinction preferred. At least 15 years of progressively responsible leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior executive roles (e.g., Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor, Dean, Director, CEO, Executive Director). Proven record in strategic leadership, institution building, governance, academic and administrative management, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilization.
2	Project Director (PD)	1	40	Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline; Master's in Engineering Management, Project Management or related field preferred. Minimum 20+ years of progressively responsible professional experience, including at least 10 years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale infrastructure, industrial, energy, public-sector or institutional development projects. Strong track record in project planning, execution, procurement, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects.
3	Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)	1	35	Master's degree or higher (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Public Administration or related discipline). At least 15 years of progressive professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive or leadership role within large and complex organizations. Experience in HR strategy, talent management, workforce planning, organizational transformation, performance management, and HR systems.
4	Analyst	6	24	Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Social Sciences or related discipline; Master's preferred. Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience (internships, research assignments, consulting projects, academic projects or analytical roles in public, private or development sectors considered). Strong analytical, research, data collection, report-writing and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
