THQ Hospital Shahkot — Framework Contract Tender (12 Lots)

Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Shahkot (Nankana Sahib) invites bids for multiple framework-contract lots for medical supplies, equipment and support services. The tender covers 12 lots including pharmaceuticals, surgical and disposable items, laboratory chemicals and reagents, X-ray films and cassettes, general stores, bedding and linen, dry cleaning services, biomedical glasses, hardware & IT equipment, dental materials and related items.

Bidding will follow open competitive procedure (Single Stage–Two Envelope) under Punjab Procurement Rules. Submission is through the PPRA e-Procurement portal; bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost (in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque) must be provided as required and delivered to the Medical Superintendent’s office before closing. Electronic bids will be opened at 1:00 PM in the Medical Superintendent’s office on the closing day. Prospective bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with the conditions listed in the tender documents.
